Shri Harishankar Sharma was born on 2nd February 1948 to Shri Madan Lal Sharma in Jaipur. His father was a carpenter in Maharaja’s city palace. In the mean while Shri Harishankar Sharma’s mother died and his father had to leave his job for the sake of children and household works. Due to this reason Shri Harishankar Sharma was not able to complete his studies. In 1960 there was an art training school in Potato Industry, where he learned some wooden works under his master Shri Sharavan Lal ji Mishra, at that time he is getting 30 rupees per month, where he finished his training after two years whose certificate is still with him. After that he learned fine arts and drawing related to wooden works from his father and gets going with his all his power. He also participated in many seminars organized by state and central government and won many certificates as follows: -
